Auschwitz Birkenau & Salt Mine Day Tour

Auschwitz-Birkenau and Wieliczka Salt Mine One Day Tour from Kraków

This one-day tour is designed for visitors who want to see two of the most important UNESCO World Heritage Sites near Kraków in a single day, without compromising the sightseeing experience.

The tour begins with a visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau, the former Nazi concentration and extermination camp and one of the most significant memorial sites in the world. Located around 60 km west of Kraków, Auschwitz-Birkenau is today a museum dedicated to preserving the memory of the victims of the Holocaust.

In the afternoon, the tour continues to the Wieliczka Salt Mine, one of the oldest salt mines in the world. This unique underground complex has been in operation since the Middle Ages and features impressive chambers, tunnels and chapels carved entirely out of salt.
